At Maverick Building, we are always looking for new team members who look at building services as a “career” and not just a “job.” We hand select new employees based off experience, knowledge of the industry, and references. Each prospective new hire is fully vetted by our team, including a full background investigation, authorization to work in the US, education verification, employment references, and criminal record check. All employees, both new and old, are subject to random drug tests.

Our clients range from schools and universities, to residential properties, to retail and government locations, and more. Each client and each project requires a team with the experience and knowledge to exceed client expectations. Through vigorous training, new hires to Maverick Building can expect to learn the in’s and out’s of the professional building services industry and will be expected to perform the duties of an experienced Maverick team member.
